===== System architecture =====

The system consists of two clusters: FBFUSE with 32 and APSUSE with 68 nodes.  All nodes are equipped with two nVidia GTX 1080 Ti GPUs.  In addition to this APSUSE hosts the BeeGFS distributed file system.
===== Description =====

The APS and FBF clusters were designed and are maintained by the MPIfR and part of the [[https://www.ska.ac.za/gallery/meerkat|MeerKAT project]].  The site is located in the Karoo desert in South Africa.
